Double Dipped started
in 2002 as a small boutique chocolate
shop by creator Linda Rosenburg. A chocolate lover herself,
she saw a need for her talents and started the company
with only a handful of clients and a dream. A few years later,
she has a thriving business and is well known for her
innovative and creative chocolate novelties and presentations.
"In
order to make great chocolate, you must use the right
ingredients - and they must be fresh. I use a wonderful high
quality Kosher chocolate. Unlike the larger chocolatiers, each
of my products is dipped, poured, and drizzled by hand."
Whether it be a delectable chocolate-filled presentation that
adorns a banquet table, wedding reception or special event,
or an imaginative gift from a fellow "chocoholic", there's a
special kind of satisfaction that comes from eating chocolate. Linda's advice to anyone who has not embraced the cocoa
bean or is afraid to make a chocolate commitment...
"The Aztecs were into chocolate as early as the year 600.
They were the first "chocoholics" and believed that eating
it gave them wisdom and power. They even used it as money!
